
RGX and CONICE are committed to training human resources and teaching them the skills
and capacities required by companies and agencies involved in international trade.
Therefore, during the Congress, there will be an Academic Workshop where scholars in charge
of designing and updating curricula and syllabi for International Trade and related courses of studies will be able to get invaluable feedback to train human resources to successfully face the challenges posed by international trade nowadays.
The Workshops will be held on April 22 and 24, and will last 3 hours each. In both workshops, scholars and institutions involved in foreign trade in Argentina and abroad, together with graduates and RGX advisors, will discuss the current profile of foreign trade professionals and the skills and qualifications they need in order to perform successfully in nowadays employment market.
Among the elements which will enrich the debate, RGX is conducting a research study with exporters in order to identify the profile, training, qualifications, and skills sought in nowadays employment market. The findings will be presented and delivered to Workshop attendants, making a genuine contribution to the discussion on international trade graduates’ profile.
All scholars, graduates, and professionals interested in this topic are especially welcome to take part in the Workshops and share lectures, working documents, and other useful material with other attendants.
